Spotify's cloud-based editing tool, Soundtrap, is allowing non-paying users access to free unlimited storage. Previously the platform would only allow for five saved audio projects, however, now storage has been increased in an unlimited capacity. This also extends to the platform's podcast version, Soundtrap for Storytellers.
In addition, the Soundtrap audio editing platform will be doubling the number of available music loops, as well as more instruments for the software.
The platform will still have extra perks for its premium users. Exclusive premium features will include Autotune, and abilities to access previous saves of files. The premium version of the Soundtrap audio editing tool is priced at $14.99 for podcasts and $9.99 for music.
