Yet there is a new smartphone app that hopes to calm those inner thoughts in order to promote a healthier sleep cycle: Sleepfulness. It uses common and not-so-common techniques to help people achieve a zen state of mind that leads to a deep quality slumber.
Sleepfulness was created by Mindfulness Everywhere. Available for both Andriod and iOS, the initial download is free and comes with 10 tracks. But additional packs including "relieving stress," softening anxiety" and "working with pain" come at a small cost each. Through Sleepfulness, people will be able to enjoy better and brighter wakefulness.
