Japan's LIFUL Presented an Editorial That Highlights Its Simplistic Clothing

LIFUL, a streetwear label, specializes in crafting overtly simplistic clothing that's designed for the consumer who has an appreciation for a modern aesthetic that's destined to be timeless.

In its latest update, the brand released an editorial dubbed 'Mood' to go along with the new looks -- helping it to appeal to consumers by coupling the apparel with images that seem to create a visual dialogue of the creative process behind each of the pieces.

In order to complete the editorial, LIFUL employed the talents of LAYER for its direction and styling, AFTER1201 for its photography and Jihye Kim for hair and makeup. The simplistic clothing is then presented next to a backdrop that mirrors the appearance of the apparel -- making for a series of complementary images.
