David Tourniaire Launches a New Line Headed with the Shoes 53045

Designer David Tourniaire-Beauciel is one of the masterminds behind the iconic Triple S sneakers by Balenciaga -- now he launches a sneaker line that is headed by the 'Shoes 53045.' The new sneaker model features a plethora of captivating aesthetic details, spotlighting the platforms. The foundation of the shoe sees a bubble sole that plays into the bulky structures and loud designs of footwear.

The chunky soles sit atop of a rubber outsole to give the overall structure more dimensions. The uppers change throughout the different models, showcasing colorways of orange, black, or white. A notable detail is the name of the sneaker, as "53045" spells out "Shoes" when being viewed upside down. The designer spoke to 'Business of Fashion' and stated that “before, there was this French proverb saying you need to suffer to be beautiful; Now, it’s over, we want to be comfortable,” in reference to the thick soles.
