Iconic Hospitality Expansions

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood Announces Expansion

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood has announced a forthcoming signature restaurant created in collaboration with Major Food Group, the acclaimed hospitality company behind internationally renowned dining destinations such as Carbone, Torrisi, and ZZ's Club. This marks the next phase of a strategic partnership established in 2024 to develop distinctive culinary experiences across Hard Rock's global portfolio.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood's new concept will replace the recently closed Cipresso, which operated for seven years, and certain popular dishes from that predecessor, including Nonna's Meatballs and Bone-In Veal Chop Alla Parmigiana, will continue to be available at Abiaka Wood Fire Grill, which is expanding its operations to seven days a week to accommodate former Cipresso patrons.

This transition reflects a deliberate investment in elevating the resort's dining offerings.
