This Seiko Prospex Speedtimer Marks the World Athletics Championships

This Seiko Prospex Speedtimer timepiece has been unveiled by the brand as a special edition accessory that commemorates the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo for avid fans to appreciate. The watch, formally called the Seiko Prospex Speedtimer Solar Chronograph SSC955 World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 Limited Edition, starts off by putting a purple-hued dial in the spotlight. The watch measures in with a 39mm case that's 13.3mm in thickness and paired with an AR-coated curved sapphire glass crystal.

The special edition Seiko Prospex Speedtimer timepiece is powered by the Seiko Caliber V192 solar-powered quartz movement and rated to deliver up to six-months of power reserve. The timepiece is limited to 6,000 examples that are priced at $775 and will go on offer in August.
