When you think 'smartphone manufacturer', you're probably thinking of Apple, Google, Samsung or some other global electronics behemoth; however the Saygus V2, introduced at CES 2015, proves that tiny start-ups can also create mighty impressive smartphones. The smartphone was produced by a start-up based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Saygus V2 is fitted with an industry-first wireless HD connection that beams games and movies directly to a big screen. It also features built-in Harmon Kardon 3D sound.
The phone's 5-inch front display is 1,920 x 1,080 full HD at 445 pixels per inch. The borderless edge-to-edge Gorilla Glass 4 screen is claimed to be viewable in direct sunlight.
Despite these and other great specs, the phone is very light and weighs only 141 grams, making it a hugely impressive package overall.
