The blog is decked out with photos of Santorum that have been edited to make him look like a harajuku schoolgirl. Complete with rosy red cheeks, buckets of eyeliner and a pink bow, Santorum-san even responds to questions. Every response ends with "Arigato gozaimasu" which means "Thank You."
If Santorum-san was real, he would probably encounter much more positive feedback than Rick Santorum, who is currently lagging behind Mitt Romney.
