Samsung Canada Has Launched Its 'Your Service' Portal for Galaxy Users

Samsung Canada has announced its newest service that will make customer service experiences hassle- and stress-free. The company is launching its new 'Your Service' repair portal for Galaxy users.

The company has designed this new service to make service support convenient. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the brand shifted away from in-person services, and although only a temporary change, the company did see benefits to this change. The new portal is for any Galaxy smartphone or tablet customer - in or out of warranty. Customers will be able to request door-to-door repair services, access technical support, as well as track a device in transit. Customers will also be able to set up automatic progress updates via email or text.

Customers will also enjoy free pick-up and delivery of their Galaxy devices.
