Cast Fiberglass Dining Chairs

David Aguirre Designs the Sculptural Samba Dining Chair

American furniture imprint Aguirre launched a look at its new Samba dining chair which is designed by its creative director David Aguirre. The elegant furniture boasts a bold silhouette and is made from cast fiberglass. It embodies a sculptural shape that is led by the backrest of horizontal bars extending from the middle and top of the main spine.

It comes in three colorway options: black, green, and beige. The seat is shaped like a square and has rounded openings at the base which widen closer to the ground. Aguirre notes, "The collection aims to bring the tranquillity and beauty of the outdoors into your living spaces, creating a sanctuary where natural forms and contemporary design coexist. The designs are sculptural yet functional, offering aesthetic pleasure and practical use."
