The new Route app was created to streamline online order tracking, and it compiles online orders into one place. The app allows users to live-track all of their packages, and it also has a package protection service. The order-tracking app is currently available on the company's website, and is free to all users.

The Route app uses a number of different technologies in order to provide users with package updates. It relies on an AI system that is able to sync with the user's Gmail account to compile order information. The system works with over 1,600 companies including Zara, Urban Outfitters, Everlane and more.

Evan Walker, the CEO and Founder spoke on the new app by saying, "Historically, the post-purchase experience has lacked transparency for consumers and been a missed engagement opportunity for both merchants.”
