Blush at the Alexandra Inn Launched Its Girl Dinner Rooftop Dining Series

Blush at the Alexandra Inn in Traverse City launched a weekly 'Girl Dinner' rooftop dining series every Sunday and Tuesday. The dinner is built around shareable plates, flatbreads and elevated bites with panoramic city views. The package is priced at $45 and pairs a charcuterie tower with a bottle of 'Memories' Cabernet or 'Reflections' Pinot Grigio.

The menu includes herb focaccia with whipped Blush butter, a tinned fish platter with 20% of proceeds benefiting TC Paw Rescue, flatbreads in Caprese, BBQ Chicken and Vegan varieties and a house strawberry cupcake to finish.

As dining venues lean into social-media-driven events and activations, Blush shows how packaging a recurring experience around a culturally resonant concept can turn a weekly menu into a destination moment for local and visiting consumers.
