The company uses robotic lawn-mowing devices, called Robomows, that are stored in customers' homes and cut their grass twice a week. Customers can choose between a trio of monthly packages that allow for different numbers of mowing shifts depending on how much money they're willing to shell out, and they can even opt for additional perks such as fertilization and weeding.

Considering the lengths many people will go to simply to avoid mowing their lawns, HomeVP is clearly solving a pertinent problem, and is a great example of how robotic technology can be leveraged to create business in the area of home maintenance.
