Quiet and serene, the photo series aptly titled Revere Beach by Henry Busby, a photographer based in New York, is composed of sky, sea and swimmers. Although the shots are candid, there is a picturesque quality about each one as though everyone in the images were posing for an oil painting. Of course, this is due in large part to the photographer's expert eye.
More than anything, Revere Beach by Henry Busby captures intimate, anonymous moments that no one would normally be privy to. By keeping the subjects as much in the distance as possible, these moments are made to feel even more personal. In a way, the photo series shows people revelling in nature as they should more often.
