Oracle debuts the Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration

— January 12, 2026 — Tech
Oracle has introduced a new cloud-based software solution named Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration. This innovation is designed to enhance coordination and oversight between retailers and their network of suppliers.

Paul Woodward, global vice president at Oracle Retail Products, explains the challenge well: “From natural disasters to shifting global trade conditions, retailers are in a constant battle to better balance their supply chains to meet customer expectations, comply with ESG and regulatory requirements, and protect their bottom line." The Oracle Retail Supply Chain Collaboration system utilizes artificial intelligence to provide predictive insights regarding potential disruptions, facilitates compliance and sustainability auditing, and establishes a centralized portal for managing vendor communications, documentation, and product data synchronization.

The solution is integrated with Oracle's existing retail merchandising platform — known as the Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) — which helps it create a more transparent and responsive operational framework for managing complex global supply chains.
