Jil Sander has revealed images of its upcoming Spring/Summer 2023 ‘Resort’ Collection, which is said to embody “[c]larity, the elongated lines, the ocean sky gradients and palm tree prints, the overarching sense of ease and elegance suggest freedom, new territories, endless horizons. A vision and a continuous change of perspective.”
The collection fuses masculine and feminine aesthetics to reinvent the traditional suit, replacing the blazer with different styles like tank tops, trench coats, and overcoats and matching them with kilts, long skirts, and high-waisted pleated trousers, among others. The collection also spotlights multiple footwear offerings, including chunky creepers, trainers, shin-length boots, and strappy sandals.
