The editorial for the Spring/Summer 2019 collection by Reese Cooper is quite interesting and unconventional. The photoshoot circles around the theme of falling and is completed in partnership with long-time collaborator Jakob Hetzer.
The images spotlight Reese Cooper's men's and women's apparel for the season. However, it is somewhat difficult to survey the aesthetics and peculiarities of the products as the stylishly consistent editorial overpowers them — intentionally, of course.
The Reese Cooper Spring/Summer 2019 lookbook is shot and directed by the Los Angeles-based designer himself. The photographs feature dynamic, often blurry, images of the models who are captured mid-fall. The entire composition bears strong ties to nostalgia and alludes to a 90s-inspired era.
Consumers are able to cop the collection online at Reese Cooper, SSENSE and SELFRIDGES.
