Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen is celebrating summer in a colorful way with the debut of several new berry-inspired offerings including the new Red, White & Blueberry Farmer’s Choice breakfast.

Perfect for celebrating every summer holiday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the new Red, White & Blueberry Farmer’s Choice has a little bit of everything. The new dish starts with your choice of three fluffy buttermilk hotcakes or two slices of thick-cut brioche French toast, all topped with strawberry sauce, blueberries, bananas, powdered sugar, and whipped topping (a red, white, and blue garnish). The platter also comes with your choice of breakfast meat two eggs, hash browns, home fries, or fresh-cut fruit

Alongside the new Red, White & Blueberry Farmer’s Choice breakfast, Bob Evans is also adding a new Summer Berry Salad that features seasonal, hand-picked, vine-ripened strawberries.
