New Balance launches a new R_C1300 sneaker model from its Tokyo Design Studio and it is detailed with a bold color palette. The hues are rooted in blue and washed gray for a cool blend that complements the Spring season. Essentially, the sneakers are an updated iteration of the 1300 model and honors the brand's 35th anniversary this year.
The milestone-marking sneakers takes the 1300 upper as the foundation and puts it on top of the new ENCAP REVEAL midsole unit. The upper blends both layered leather and suede for a buttery soft look with a Vibram rubber outsole delivering traction. It also features the ABZORB technology and "N" branding on the side of the sneaker.
