Creator Platform Acquisitions

Razer Acquired StreamElements and Its Maintains Service

Razer acquired StreamElements, a creator platform used by streamers and YouTubers across Twitch, YouTube, Kick and other services. The deal gives Razer ownership of StreamElements’ intellectual property, platform data and operational assets, while the service will continue operating independently under a Razer subsidiary.

Existing tools, including overlays, alerts, chatbots, tipping pages, SE.Live, SE.Merch and sponsorship management, will remain available, along with OBS and Streamlabs integrations. Creator accounts and login details will also stay intact without requiring migration. Live Momentum Ltd. remains responsible for outstanding pre-acquisition creator payments, while an updated privacy policy takes effect August 1.

For creators, the acquisition is designed to preserve current workflows while giving StreamElements access to Razer’s broader hardware and software ecosystem. Future opportunities could include integrations with Razer Chroma RGB, Razer Gold and Silver, and Razer ID.
