Rosanna Pansino, host of the popular YouTube series 'Nerdy Nummies,' recently published a recipe for making R2D2 chocolates. After creating her infamous BB-8 cake pops, the baker is testing out a more seasonally appropriate Star Wars treat.
Although they look complicated, the R2D2 chocolates are actually incredibly simple to make. Pansino explains that all that one needs is some white chocolate, macadamia nuts and an R2D2 chocolate mold. When finished, the chocolates should resemble the shape of the iconic Star Wars character. After the chocolates have been prepared Pansino provides instructions for making an adorable Star Wars-themed box out of nothing more than scissors, glue and construction paper.
The intergalactic chocolate treats are a perfect DIY projects for Valentine's Day or even a second viewing of the new Star Wars movie.
