Pure Culture Organics Launches a New Kefir Range Made with Collagen

Pure Culture Organics is introducing a new line of kefir products featuring 12 unique probiotic strains and boasting over 50 billion CFUs (colony-forming units) per serving. Made without lactose, this new and recently reformulated kefir boasts a high-quality composition free from stabilizers, coloring agents, thickening powder and gums, and GMOs.

The kefir will be sold in Low Fat Unsweetened, Strawberries n' Cream, Peach/Vanilla, Wild Blueberry, Tart Summer Cherry, and Whole Milk Unsweetened in 32oz sizes.

Pure Culture prides itself on its commitment to sustainability and transparency. The product is designed to be environmentally conscious, with a clean label that reflects its minimalistic approach and fewer ingredients.

"My father developed the world's best kefir formulation in the world. After he passed away, I had the privilege to be a steward of the formula for 20 years at the company he founded. In recent years, I've been obsessed with trying to develop the cleanest, simplest and most sustainable Kefir.
