Apocalyptic Kid Captures

The Promised Land Series Blends Peter Pan's Lost Boys with 'Mad Max'

If you're a fan of 'Peter Pan' and 'Mad Max,' you will surely love the Promised Land photo series, which seems to blend these two iconic figures and stories into one. It follows one child's journey through an apocalyptic, dystopian world as he stumbles upon a tribe of wild children and becomes ruler of them all.

Shot by Koln-based photographer Achim Lippoth, in collaboration with adNAU's Tino Schaedler, the Promised Land photo series showcases the latest badass fashion trends for children. Fun and playful, it really embraces the idea of imagination that children of all ages should be exposed to.

The Promised Land series was shot for Kid's Wear magazine, and features an amazing set design that was conceived by Schaedler. With post production done by The Scope, the whole Promised Land shoot was extremely well-executed.
