Gap comes in by offering promotions and discounts, as each deer is assigned a specific deal. Each day there is a new goal that a reindeer reaches (i.e. Shortest Distance Within 24 hrs) and you get the discount for whichever reindeer reaches that goal. The Project Reindeer and Gap promo is strangely captivating but offers good deals, so I'll be tuning in.
