The efficiency gains that the Project Impact initiative has enabled stem from targeted improvements in high-volume processes such as renewals, new business applications, and endorsements. This has been achieved by eliminating redundant steps and optimizing access to critical information.

The Project Impact initiative was developed in collaboration with over 115 customer service professionals, and it reflects Vertafore’s focus on practical enhancements rather than flashy features, prioritizing real-world usability over theoretical innovation.
