'Moo-Q' is a new app that helps users monitor their productivity throughout the day. For many people, their mood can have a major impact on the amount of work they are able to get done. This app helps users track their mood in order to determine how it impacts their productivity at different points in the day.
The app provides a daily quiz that asks users simple questions about how they are feeling. Users can adjust the movable sliders to indicate their levels of stress, relaxation and irritability. Moo-Q will then run through a series of exercises to determine a user’s level of concentration. The app collects information over time to examine the correlation between mood and productivity throughout the day.
The app helps users become more aware of the impact that their mood has on their daily life.
