The Standard Hotel and Jumbo Unveils the Pool Pasta Floats

The Standard Hotel works together with New York City-based design studio Jumbo on the collection of Pool Pastas. The pool noodles are inspired by the food and transform it into the summer experience. Users are able to lounge on oversized floaties that are shaped like "macaroni, shells, farfalle, rigatoni, lasagna, tortellini, and ravioli."

It embodies a whimsical design language that adds a touch of creativity to the Standard Miami. All of the pool floats in the collection are meant to reflect the look of pasta. What makes it much more dynamic is the 'emoji-fied' take as it is not only the look of large pasta shapes in bright yellow but has a sense of personality through the various shapes.
