Glamorous Pet Adoption Editorials

Po Psu Ta Created a Series of Magazine-Mimicking Dog Photographs

Polish non-profit organization Po Psu Ta Moda created this clever scheme to drawn attention to the importance of pet adoption. The organization created a high-fashion photography collection that mimics mediums such as Harpers Bazaar, except this edition uses shelter dogs.

The entire series of images actually shows the audience a pop culture magazine cover next to the pooch picture to highlight the similarities. Since many fashion spreads feature enormous accessories, creative clothing and outrageous hair, it became the perfect base for this series to work off of. Images of dogs wearing large feather collars, lace veils and floral head dresses easily attract a viewer’s gaze.

The humorous collection by Po Psu Ta Moda gained positive attention by slightly altering the perspective of these adorable canines. This clever marketing tactic has proven to be a valuable tool for pet adoption since many of the photographed dogs have already found homes.
