BODYBAR Pilates Hosted PLANKstock on May 2
BODYBAR Pilates ran the annual PLANKstock, a 70s-inspired festival celebration that took place on National Pilates Day, May 2.
PLANKstok events were held across participating studios nationwide. As part of this celebration, locations transformed into mini music festival experiences with complimentary mat Pilates classes, glitter, glow sticks, fun lighting, and encouragement for members to wear funky retro attire. The event included giveaways, raffles, referral perks, exclusive promotions, and pop-up activities such as DIY tie-dye stations, flower crown making, plank contests, and partnerships with local food and beverage vendors. All of this culminated in a signature plank challenge that brought attendees together for a final collective moment of strength.
Kamille McCollum, Chief Brand Officer, President and Co-Founder of BODYBAR Pilates, shared: “It’s such a fun way to bring our community together and celebrate the energy that makes BODYBAR special. We love creating an experience that feels welcoming, a little unexpected and shows just how strong and empowered you can feel through Pilates.”
