The conceptual 'Pilot' bicycle has been designed by Franz Cerwinka as a transportation solution for urbanities in need of a way to get around on their own terms for commuting or leisure purposes. The bike is imagined with hubless wheels that would provide riders with an intuitive method of cycling, while the onboard motor offers an added boost of power. The bike is constructed using 7005 series aluminum for the frame to give it a durable yet lightweight design that would suit the needs of urbanites who have to be able to easily carry it when required.
The conceptual 'Pilot' bicycle could be used with an adapter for third-party bicycle accessories and would make use of the rider's smartphone for navigation as well as remote monitoring.
