Weldwerks Brewing, a Greeley, Colorad-based company that is known for its highly venerated beers as well as the delicious culinary offerings available in its brewery, has teamed up with none other than Denver-based pickle company The Real Dill to create a dill pickle beer.

The well-named 'Never a Dill Moment' beer is crafted with as many as 70 gallons pickles and brine sourced from The Real Dill. The end result is a beer that has an unsurprising tartness to it along with gentle hintes of spice and dill, making it unusual yet deliciously sessionable. Coming in at 5.5 percent ABV, the 'Never a Dill Moment' beer is a limited-edition offering.

This dill pickle beer is not the first collaborative effort between Weldwerks and The Real Dill, with the pair having previously collaborated on a bloody mary mix. Ultimately, this delicious brew speaks to the great things that can happen when beer and food specialists come together to combine their skillsets.
