The Peugeot Fractal is an electrical urban coupe that is equipped with a whole raft of high-tech audio technologies that aim to explore the use of sound to improve the driving experience.

This vehicle is equipped with a 30 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers the electric motors, enabling them to pump out as much as 204 horsepower. It is capable of zooming along from zero to 100 km/h in only 6.8 seconds. It offers a range of up to 450 km. The ground clearance can be varied, enabling drivers to adjust the vehicle to adapt to different kinds of terrain.

But clearly the stand-out feature of the Peugeot Fractal is its sound signature, which includes external noises to warn road users of the vehicle's proximity, as well as interior noises that make the experience of being in the car pleasurable. There are unique noises for opening and closing the doors, accelerating and decelerating.

Ultimately, the Peugeot Fractal is an attempt to make driving enhanced by the sense of smell, expanding the range of pleasures enjoyed by the driver.
