Cycling Performance Data Integrations

Wattbike Elevates the EGYM Member Experience

Wattbike, the indoor cycling brand known for its use by elite athletes and sports teams, has announced a new integration with EGYM that allows its performance data to flow directly into the EGYM ecosystem. Designed for commercial fitness operators, the integration allows for the incorporation of VO2 Max testing into various stages of the member journey, such as initial onboarding, quarterly reassessments, and personalized programming.

The Wattbike integration specifically links to a member's Cardio BioAge score. This connectivity enables health and performance metrics captured during a Wattbike session — from the validated VO2 Max estimate to calories burned, and virtual distance — to feed directly into the EGYM platform. The VO2 Max result, in particular, a direct impact on the calculation of the Cardio BioAge score.
