There's a viral new cocktail recipe that's making the rounds online and the Parmesan Espresso Martini promises to appeal to fans of coffee and cheese with an appetite for something different. Jordan Hughes, also known as @highproofpreacher on TikTok, recently shared a recipe for the Parmesan Espresso Martini after being told by a bartender friend that he "had to make an Espresso Martini with parmesan cheese in it."
This unconventional twist on the classic cocktail is made as usual with fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka and sea salt, which are shaken with ice. After the contents have been poured into a glass, they're topped with grated Parmesan cheese. As Hughes said in his short cocktail tutorial video on TikTok, "I regret to inform you that was kind of awesome."
