Foldable Electric Bikes

Brompton Launches New Electric P Line Bicycle

British bike manufacturer Brompton has announced the launch of its newest electric bike -- an upgraded version of its signature P Line, which in this case comes equipped with a custom-made electric motor. As a result, the new bike is the lightest electric model to be offered by the brand yet.

Thanks to the bike's battery-powered motor, the new P Line will be able to reach top speeds of 25km an hour while delivering a range of between 40 and 70km, depending on the level of assistance riders choose. In addition to a new electric motor and a significantly lighter frame, the P Line also comes equipped with a new roller frame. The unique frame allows users to fold the bike and roll it rather than have to carry it when folded, as was the case with Brompton's previous models.
