Trader Joe's Organic Taralli and Friends Crackers Has Arrived

Trader Joe's is spreading holiday cheer with the release of a new wintertime party snack dubbed 'Organic Taralli and Friends Crackers.'

For those unfamiliar, Taralli is a 15th-century snack that hails from Southern Italy. The snack has a distinctive curlicue shape, but they're just as savory and crunchy as a mini pretzel. "Charming in their simplicity, they have a satisfying, breadstick-like texture, and mild, but habit-forming, flavor profile that’s accented by just a touch of olive oil and salt," Trader Joe's explains. The ring-shaped Tarall is also paired with multigrain rustichelle, savory, onion-flavored tocchetti, and twisty trecce – the aforementioned "friends" in the product's name.

As for serving, Trader Joe's says its Organic Taralli and Friends Crackers is best enjoyed with wine and an hors d’oeuvre spread.
