Perfect for pasta lovers of all stripes, the new Organic Pasta Quintet features a pound of organic pasta in r=five fun and festive shapes. The pasta itself is made by an Italian supplier who uses high-quality, locally-grown, organic durum wheat semolina. The pasta is then shaped using bronze-coated shaping disks, which create mini versions of fusilli, wheels, shells, cavatappi, and spirals. All the pasta cooks up perfectly al dante, so you get that satisfying chew, but also a create vessel for your sauce of choice. Everything from pesto to tomato sauce pairs well with the pasta, and the Organic Pasta Quintet can even come in handy for a batch of extra special mac and cheese.
