The small batch olive oil's key ingredient helps achieve its low acidity profile and unique flavor, making it a versatile cooking and dressing ingredient and a great fresh bread dipping choice. Featuring a flavor described as well-balanced, fruity, nutty and peppery, Oracle Olive Oil boasts notes of grass, artichoke and blood orange. The oil is cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvest and boasts a charming blue bottle design by artist Alejandro Cardenas.

Additionally, a unique feature of its bottle is a UV coating preventing oxidation that can be a result of light exposure.
