MindLock, a Toronto-based startup, recently announced the launch of its affordable online sports psychologist service. The company was founded by entrepreneur Dylan Nadler, a life-long athlete who was frustrated with traditional, costly sports psychology services. MindLock was developed to give athletes access to mental performance training.
The program is targeted towards amateur athletes in fields such as UFC, Bellator, and the CLF, who are looking to increase their sense of self-awareness. MindLock offers individuals personalized programs tailored to what each client is struggling with. To begin, athletes take an assessment to measure their confidence, resiliency, anxiety management, and relaxation. After the assessment, a detailed profile is created with hand-crafted assignments and activities. Users also have access to video tutorials, case studies, and anxiety management techniques.
MindLock is ideal for aspiring athletes looking to increase their performance conveniently and remotely.
