Nutrient-Dense Baking Mixes

These Simple Mills Oat Flour Baking Mixes Come in Two Options

The Simple Mills Regenerative Organic Certified Oat Flour Baking Mixes are a new series of free-from baking products formulated with sustainability and nutritional benefits in the spotlight. The products come in two options including the Original Pancake & Waffle Mix alongside the Cinnamon Swirl Muffin & Cake Mix, which are each formulated with just six ingredients. This includes organic oat flour and organic coconut sugar, while the mixes are also USDA Certified Organic to ensure the practices used for farming the ingredients increase soil health over time, improve fairness for farmers and workers, ad elevate economic stability.

Senior Director of Sustainability and Mission Christina Skonberg spoke on the Simple Mills Regenerative Organic Certified Oat Flour Baking Mixes saying, "Our first Regenerative Organic Certified® Oat Flour Mixes represent a pivotal step in our mission to nourish people and the planet. This launch is a major milestone in our work to turn a simple kitchen tradition into a powerful way to support farming practices designed to build soil health and human health. We’re reimagining these familiar baking rituals as meaningful ways for anyone to be part of a more resilient food system.”
