The Marks & Spencer Nutrient Dense range has been unveiled by the retailer in the UK as a new lineup of food items that are perfect for helping consumers adopt a healthier diet in 2026. The product range features 20 products in all that were created through collaboration with the brand's nutritionists with each one containing at least one of 10 micronutrients commonly missing from diets. This includes vitamin D, iron and vitamin B12, while each item also features a fiber-driven recipe and a calorie-controlled composition.
Head of Food Nutrition Grace Ricotti commented on the Marks & Spencer Nutrient Dense range saying, "With the increase in popularity of weight-loss injections, a reduced appetite can mean missing out on important nutrients and that’s why nutrient density is so important. These new meals, snacks and drinks can help everyone get more fibre, vitamins and minerals in their diet. We challenged ourselves to make products that are denser in nutrients than calories, so every single mouthful is packed full of more of the good stuff we all need.”
