The Numero Tokyo Edge of Splash editorial is filled with playful poses that really make the eccentric black-and-white ensembles stand out. As though inspired by a zebra, the monochromatic outfits are exotic. Nevertheless, the looks aren't all about stripes. Instead, there are various patterns that really punch up each look.
Shot by fashion photographer Denise Boomkens, the Numero Tokyo Edge of Splash editorial stars model Iris Egbers, who was styled by Akiko Hayashida. Hayashida pulled all the pieces from the Gucci resort 2012 collection. The outfits are so seamless that it shouldn't come as a surprise all of the designs came from one fashion house.
Nevertheless, the Numero Tokyo Edge of Splash editorial isn't fully devoid of color. Makeup artist Yuki went with bright blue eye shadow and fuchsia lips.
