Build-A-Bear Workshop is bringing back 'Bearemy' as a 1999-inspired plush, pairing the mascot reissue with a yearlong anniversary campaign for fans and kids. The relaunch integrates the character into the brand's 30th-year celebrations while giving the bear a fresh run for today's buyers.
The Bearemy release is available now on the brand's website, and the plush can be purchased on its own or with the commemorative outfit. Build-A-Bear is also selling a 'Vintage Shirt & Hat' set separately, and the campaign includes vault and new drops through early 2027.
At $3 from every Bearemy sold through Dec. 31, the release adds a charitable angle to the nostalgia play. That gives the anniversary line more shelf life than a single mascot rerelease and turns the plush into a platform for follow-on products and seasonal interest.
