A new NFT residency for women, designed to empower female creators and close the gender gap in blockchain technology (and tech in general), has been announced. The opportunity is brought to the world through the collaborative efforts of Voice, the NFT platform for creators, and Women Rise, an NFT collection from Maliha Abidi.
The Voice x Women Rise NFT Residency is dedicated to supporting the career growth of women creators from underrepresented and marginalized communities. Taking part in this program entails taking a body of work and turning it into an NFT collection. Themes that Residents will get to interact and work with include equity & justice, clean planet, future-proof, and well-being.
Applications for the Voice x Women Rise NFT residency will be accepted from April 7th through May 7th.
