Run the Borough Crafts the MiUK 991 with New balance
As we enter marathon season, New Balance and Run the Borough work in collaboration to launch the MiUK 991 sneaker model. The London-based running club was founded back in 2019 and welcomes runners of all levels of experience. Joining the sportswear label now, it takes on the MiUK 991 silhouette.
It is inspired by the dark concrete roads and the cloudy skies of London. The upper is made from a blend of suede, nubuck, mesh, and textured leather materials. All of these sit on top of the ABZORB cushioning system to provide comfort and support. To enhance visibility when running in the dark, there are details that are applied using 3M materials for reflective visual elements.
