Chuwi MiniBook X U300 pairs a 10.51-inch convertible form factor with Intel's 13th-generation U300 processor, featuring five cores with a dedicated performance core for stronger single-threaded performance and improved multitasking. The WUXGA IPS touchscreen delivers a 1920×1200 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB color coverage, and ultra-thin bezels. A 360-degree hinge supports laptop, tablet, tent, and stand modes, while 16GB of LPDDR4X memory, a 512GB PCIe SSD, Intel UHD Graphics with 48 execution units, and Windows 11 Pro round out the core hardware.

An aerospace-grade aluminum unibody measures 244 × 166.4 × 17.2mm, tapering to 11mm and weighing 920g for portable use. Two full-featured USB-C ports support charging, external displays, and data transfer alongside Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, a 3.5mm audio jack, active cooling, and a 2MP webcam. The M.2 expansion slot accepts PCIe 4.0 and SATA III storage drives, while the 28.88Wh battery supports up to 36W USB-C charging. Chuwi prices the MiniBook X U300 at $469.
