For the summer, Lady M Confections Co. is introducing new flavors of its signature mille crêpes cakes that are full of juicy, fruity flavors.
First up, for the month of June, fans of the brand will be introduced to Pandan Kaya Mille Crêpes featuring kaya cream, a rich pandan kaya custard and a pandan-infused glaze and a dusting of coconut flakes. Pandan, with its sweet, grassy notes and hints of vanilla, is an emerging flavor in desserts and drinks. There's also the Passion Fruit Mille Crêpes, which will be available from June through October.
As the season heats up, more tropically inspired flavors like Guava Mille Crêpes will be joining the lineup to share a taste of layers of classic handcrafted crêpes and guava-infused cream cheese pastry cream.
