New Barn Organics Brings Buckwheat Milk to Shelves

New Barn Organics is putting buckwheat milk back on shelves with a version built around regenerative organic sourcing. The plant milk is being rolled out under the New Barn brand, with BAM supplying the ingredient platform behind it.

The drink is gluten-free and Regenerative Organic Certified®, which gives it a cleaner label story and a stronger sustainability angle than many everyday alt-milks. New Barn also says it is built with BAM's shelf-stable buckwheat milk powder, a format that helps the grain move more easily into new food and beverage uses.

A plant milk that leans into both diet-friendly and values-led buying at once. It also shows how alt-milk brands are starting to compete on ingredient sourcing and farm story, not just on taste and texture. That gives buckwheat a clearer lane beyond niche health-food appeal.
