Indulgent Chocolate Baking Mixes

Ghirardelli Expands with Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix

Ghirardelli — the premium chocolate brand known for its bean-to-bar manufacturing — has expanded its baking mix lineup with the introduction of the Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix. This marks the first time the company has offered a milk chocolate variation within its brownie category.

The Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix combines cocoa notes with milk chocolate chips and vanilla. These ingredients are designed to produce brownies with a fudgy center and crisp edges when combined with water, oil, and an egg. David Dulyx, Vice President of Licensing and Professional Products Division for Ghirardelli, comments: "Delivering an indulgent experience to our customers has always been at the heart of what we do, and we wanted to create a brownie mix that gives milk chocolate lovers a batch of their own to enjoy. We reimagined our beloved brownie recipe with the silky-sweet, craveable flavour of milk chocolate, and we can't wait for fans to get a taste this spring."
