Microsoft Places Finds the Best Time to Go into the Office

Microsoft Places is an app that uses AI technology to find the most optimal time for users to plan their upcoming office day. It integrates into the Microsoft 265 system and helps with hybrid working environments in the most efficient way. The app is previewed and meant to help businesses who use Outlook and Microsoft Teams to coordinate within the team.

Jared Spataro, corporate vice president of AI at Microsoft explains in a blog post, “When employees get to the office, they don’t want to be greeted by a sea of empty desks — they want face-time with their manager and the coworkers they collaborate with most frequently. With Places, you can more easily coordinate across coworkers and spaces in the office.”
